Your Perfect Fit Starts Here

Comfortable, supportive activewear that moves with you — for recreation, for sweat, for life. Our gear runs true to size with an athletic, easy-to-move fit. Use the charts below to find yours.

How to Measure Yourself

Grab a soft measuring tape and a mirror. Wear light, close-fitting clothing — or measure over bare skin for the most accurate numbers. Keep the tape level and snug but never tight. Then compare to the charts below.

Chest / Bust. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal and level across your back and under your arms.
Waist. Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose.
Hips. Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level.

Pro tip: Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit — especially if a style runs small. For compression leggings and sports bras, follow the fit note on the specific product page.

Men's Activewear

Men's Size Chart

Match your chest and waist measurements to a size. All measurements are in inches.

Size	Chest (in)	Waist (in)
XS	33–35	27–29
S	35–37	29–31
M	38–40	32–34
L	41–43	35–37
XL	44–46	38–41
XXL	47–49	42–44

Men's fit note: Our men's styles fit true to size. For a roomier, oversized feel on hoodies and sweaters, we recommend sizing up.

Sports Bra Size Chart

For sports bras, match your band and bust measurements to the chart below. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more coverage and comfort.

Size	Band (in)	Bust (in)	Fits Cup Sizes
XS	26–28	30–32	A–B
S	28–30	32–34	A–C
M	30–32	34–36	B–D
L	32–34	36–38	C–DD
XL	34–36	38–41	D–E
XXL	36–38	41–44	E–F

Sports bra fit: The band should feel snug and stay put when you raise your arms. Your breasts should sit fully inside the cups with no spillage at the top or sides. If a style runs small, size up.

How to Choose the Right Size

1. Take Your Measurements

Measure your chest, waist, and hips using the steps above. Write them down so you can compare across charts.

2. Match to the Chart

Find the size where all three of your measurements fit within the range. If they span two sizes, go with the larger one for comfort.

3. Check the Fit Note

Each product page tells you how it fits — true to size, runs small, or runs large — and gives a model's height and size as a reference.

4. When in Doubt, Size Up

For activewear, a slightly roomier fit is usually more comfortable for movement. You can always size down next time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does your activewear run true to size?

Yes — most of our styles run true to size with an athletic, easy-to-move fit. A few styles (like some compression leggings) run small by design and we note that on the product page. Always check the fit note for each style.

I'm between sizes. Which one should I pick?

We generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit — especially for workout gear where you'll be moving. If the style runs small, definitely go up a size. For compression pieces, follow the fit note on the product page.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Size availability varies by style and collection. Check the size selector on each product page for the most current size range of that specific item.

How do I measure for the right length?

Our product pages list inseam measurements (for example, 7/8 leggings are about 26", cropped pants about 25"). Compare the inseam to your own to choose the length that hits where you like.

Can I exchange if the size doesn't fit?

Yes. We offer a generous return window on all items. If a size doesn't work for you, send it back and we'll help you get the right one — free shipping and easy returns included.

Still not sure? Order two sizes and compare in the comfort of your home. With free worldwide shipping and easy returns, finding your perfect fit is risk-free. Questions about a specific style? Reach out through our Contact Us page — we're happy to help.
