Chest / Bust. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal and level across your back and under your arms.
Waist. Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably loose.
Hips. Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level.
